Examples of URs include, but are not limited to: foyers, sun rooms, powder rooms, reading rooms, trophy rooms, and my personal favorite - the man cave. With a bigger budget you can make larger rooms and won't have to worry about cramming everything in a small space writing novels in the bedroom and sculpting in the backyard will become a thing of the past!
